Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

Appointment changes, including cancellations or rescheduling, must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time.

• Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the booked service total.

• Appointments canceled or rescheduled the day of the appointment, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the booked service total.

This policy allows us to respect our stylists’ time and accommodate clients on our waitlist. Thank you for your understanding and support.
